What we collect, why we collect it, and the control you keep.

From employers: account details, job descriptions and billing information. From candidates: CVs, interview video and audio recordings, transcripts, and answers to screening questions. From everyone: basic usage analytics that help us keep the service reliable.
Candidate data is used for one purpose: evaluating an application to the employer that requested the interview. We use aggregate, de-identified usage data to improve reliability and product quality. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use one customer's candidate data to train models for another.
Interview answers are processed by AI models to produce scores, transcripts, summaries and risk indicators. These outputs assist human reviewers; they never trigger fully automated rejections. Recruiters can always see the answer behind any score.
Candidates and employer users may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by writing to privacy@kafaacareer.com. We respond within 30 days.
Employers set a retention window per screening (12 months by default). When it expires — or when deletion is requested — recordings, transcripts and CVs are removed from production systems, and from backups within a further 30 days.
We share data only with the employer that initiated the screening, with subprocessors bound by data-processing agreements (hosting, transcription, email delivery), and where the law requires it. Never with advertisers or data brokers.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and logged, and residency options are available in KSA, UAE and EU regions. Details are on our Security page.
