Terms of Service

The agreement between Kafaa Career and the teams that hire with it.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Kafaa Career, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

2. The service

Kafaa Career provides AI-assisted candidate screening: CV parsing and ranking, structured video interviews, scoring, transcripts, summaries and analytics. We may improve or modify features over time without degrading the core service you pay for.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding credentials, and for the actions of users you invite. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Customer data

You own the data you and your candidates submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — processing, storage, backups — as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to screen the candidates you invite.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to discriminate unlawfully, to screen people without their knowledge, to scrape or resell platform data, or to attempt to re-identify de-identified data. We may suspend accounts that put candidates or the platform at risk.

6. AI outputs

Scores, summaries and risk indicators are decision support, not decisions. They can be imperfect. You agree that final hiring decisions are made by humans on your team, and that you will not represent AI outputs as our endorsement of any candidate.

7. Availability & liability

We target 99.9% availability but the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time; we may terminate for material breach with notice. After termination we retain data only for the period described in the Privacy Policy, then delete it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
